如何DIY? 方法非常简单
首先,从网上下载一个免费的(非BETA版)REVO LEMMIWINKS 发动机参数调整软件,买(或向朋友借)一根VAG-COM线,花3分钟时间将CH09的点火提前角补偿值设为+2.25度( 左右)即可(其它参数调整主要包括一次供油和负载加浓速率,建议稍调小些,幅度不要超过2%为宜)。
由于ECU具有学习功能,为了让调整尽快发挥作用,建议调后将蓄电池负极拆下5分钟,让ECU的自适应值归零。
上路试试吧,感觉爽的话,别忘了给我加分!
【重要说明】
1) 经过调整,GG/BB的功率或低扭输出可以提升5%—10%(因车而异, 除非你的爱车本来就处于最佳状态),油耗也能下降5%-10%左右。
2)ECU参数微调后动力提升是基于汽油品质是合格的前提,烧97号汽油动力提升效果比烧93号的更明显。烧劣质汽油(或90号汽油)在提速或大负荷下可能出现爆震( 敲缸),动力输出会不升反降!
3)点火提前角补偿值只能微调, 以不超过3度为宜!否则,会适得其反的!
4) BORA/GOLF 1.8 5V车型修改参数是否有同样效果不得而知,要经过验证。
5)动力提升后的最直观感觉就是油门变得比原来更加灵敏,只要稍微一踩速度立即有明显的提升。另外,提速时发动机声音变得更加清脆绵密好听。
6)附图为经过验证动力明显改善且有助于节油的1.6 5V 车型ECU参数设定例子,仅供参考,因车而异,不可照搬。如果想获得更强劲的提速动力,建议把CHO2 设为 110%或115%。
7)该动力改装软件适合大众车系,对1.8T的车型动力提升尤为显著!
8)国外专家建议 Expert's suggestion
keep in mind the closer to a limit you hit with that timing, and the more agressively you tune it the more sensitive the car will be to atmospheric and temp changes, so be ready to tune, and remember that what settings work on your buddy's car may or may not be ideal for yours. spend the time and set it up right and enjoy nice, smooth power.
Channel 9 Ignition Timing Offset can be moved up or down at no more than 3 degrees at a time. With fuel tweak coming back or up I would only go 1.5. Channel 10 Primary Fuel Tweak can be moved up or down at 3% a time. Logging fuel injector on time, timing, and throttle plate position can help determine if you can go up or down.
9) ECU 参数修改操作步骤:
1. Place key in ignition, turn to on position. 将点火开关拧到点火自检位置
2. Attach VagCom 'dongle'. 连好VAG-COM线
3. Bring up Lemmiwinks software 运行软件
4. To store original ECU settings Click ON "Read". This reads your current settings. 点击READ读取ECU中的当前设定值
5.Adjust settings at will.根据自己意愿调整设定值
6.Click on 'SET' to connect to the ECU and adapt settings. (调好后)点击SET将设定值与ECU进行适配
7. When asked to cycle ECU, simply turn it off, then turn the ECU back on. (适配成功后)弹出提示,将点火开关关闭后再打开
8. Enjoy (hopefully) new settings. 享用新的设定值吧!
