虽然已经很困，看到卡拉羊和一干重量人物的精彩讨论，还是想插点嘴，想到哪说到哪。<br />

卡拉羊的说法当然不无道理，“租金”论也不是一第一次看到了。但：<br />
通胀。社会需要刺激经济发展，鼓励大家用钱和往前的眼 ...
当然，如果某个楼盘基本上全在一群人手里，共同进退，那好比我股票坐庄拿了90%的流通盘在手里，我不抛那肯定不会跌。但是首先这样的楼盘有多少，是否有普遍性，其次股市这种情况被称为死庄，当年NB如德隆也就是这么死的。
说到底一句话，脱离了自住需求，现在的楼市就是一庞氏骗局。
