在轻微地穿甲的大十字路口(比篮球场都大),不用手刹,3,40的速度先轻打方向,然后猛干油门,尾巴就甩起来了,很爽.大船尾巴太灵活,如果后轮失去抓地力,是非常危险的事情,猫猫在可控的情况下,一旦甩尾,反打方向稍微晚一点点就几乎不可控制,360度大甩.然后又试用了雪地下坡发动机制动,拉2档50以下发动机制动不明显,30的时候拉1档,出现明显的发动机制动,速度很快就控制下来了,不会出现去年30的速度刹不住车,眼睁睁看着车子往桥下冲的情况了.拉1档的时候,3档离合器和2-1制动带结合,会对
3档单向离合器(图示665)和
3档离合器(图示632大包里)带来很大的冲击,如果在很高的速度(大于40)拉进1档,
3档单向离合器很容易损坏,但
3档离合器却不会损坏,
3档单向离合器和
3档离合器是串联关系,
3档单向离合器就像个保险丝,如果速度太快,
3档单向离合器首先损坏.
3档单向离合器损坏或者
3档离合器没有结合,最典型的症状就是没有3档,因为3档需要这个单向离合器来锁定前后排行星架,如果无法锁定,即使
3档离合器结合了,也仍然是2档.4档不需要3档离合器,只要2档离合器,4档离合器能够结合,输入离合器能够脱开就行,所以只要4档轴没有坏,没3档的变速箱也是可以上4档的.
没有3档的同学,可以在30的速度拉到1档,如果变速箱没有明显的顿挫和咚的一声,可以判定3档单向离合器损坏或者3档离合器没有结合.3档离合器如果没有结合,原因就太复杂了,离合器本身或者油路都可能导致这个问题。

no third means that the gear sets are not locking into direct drive (3rd gear in a 4 speed auto is almost always a 1:1 ratio....engine speed equals driveshaft speed). the third sprag should be locked by the third clutch in both manual 3rd (setting the shifter to 3, or D) and overdrive 3rd (having it on OD and having the tranny shift itself into 3rd) in an automatic transmission. if you get no 3rd either manually or in OD but all your other gears work fine than the
3rd sprag is not locking either because the sprag itself is faulty and overruns in both directions or because the 3rd clutch is not applying to lock the sprag for 3rd gear. if it sounds complicated it really isn't. should be covered under warrantee if you don't plan on fixing it yourself.
但是很多情况并不是这个3档单向离合器损坏,3档离合器也没有烧,而是因为油路问题造成了3档离合器无法结合
ok..i got it back,
they found 3rd apply gasket was torn causing a pressure loss... they completly rebuilt the trans since i complained...the tech also agreed, all the 4th clutches were burned probrably due to the 2-4 shift, also they said the 02 sensor was faulty, but it never had a code for it , so i assume the tech broke it during the front cradle removal...so i got it back and it shifts fine, im wondering how long it will last this time....now to install the THRASHER shift kit!!!!

3档离合器片就装在632里面,这个632离合器包里面有2组离合器,一组是3档离合器,一组是输入离合器.他们分别连到653和665上面.632可以看做是液力变矩器输入(隔了一个链轮),输入离合器结合的时候动力从632->653到前排太阳齿轮668.3档离合器结合的时候,就非常抽象.猫猫只能笼统描述一下:3档离合器结合的时候,动力可以从668->665->632.起2个作用,1个是3档的时候锁定前排行星齿轮,另外一个作用就是提供1档发动机制动

手动1档动力流分析

最后总结一下导致这个变速箱3档单向离合器损坏的原因:
1.速度很高的时候突然拉到1档
2.经常4档120以上地板油超车,导致变速箱降3档,发动机巨大的扭矩导致单向离合器损坏
