关于Revo程序的一些疑问以及Revo官方回复 ***翻译完成***
先把原文贴出来,等一下来翻译...
Q: I have a VW Passat B5 1.8T chipped with Revo stage 1 program.
The local dealer told me there is no stage 2 program for my car, which I dont quite understand, is there any explanation to this?
I have upgraded intake/exhaust systems to meet stage2 parameters, and as i remember my car has a stock 4bar fuel pressure regulator, under these circumstances, can I set my boost value to a higher level, say, 7 or even 9 for daily driving? Is this what stage 2 program is actually about? By increasing both air intake and fuel injection? Running at extreme boost levels, is there any potential harm to the car?(currently running at default values of boost6/timing5/fuel9, with ron 97 fuel at 30-35c ambient temperature).

A: I believe your car is a B5 chassis A4. The revo software on your car is only Boost and Timing adjustable, so any reference to fuel setting you have is irrelevant.
We don’t offer a stage2 code for your car because it doesn’t require a CAT efficiency error code delete. This is the main reason for stage2 – letting customers run a sports cat or de-cat. The software on your car has more than enough headroom in the settings to account for the hardware you’ve changed on there. I would recommend turning the boost up and then datalogging the timing to set it correctly.
你的车应该是B5 A4 (明明说清楚是passat, 怎么变A4了...而且是提供ECU ID以后).
你车上的revo程序只能调节增压和正时,不管你空然比怎么调都没用.
你的车型之所以没有stage2程序,是因为不需要消除三元催化效率故障码.
stage2 的主要作用就是配合竞技三元或者直通三元...
你车上的(stage1)程序的可调范围已经远超你当前硬件水平.
我建议提高增压,然后记录并正确设定正时
Q: Did you mean with stage 1 software, and stage2 specified hardware, I can yield more than 200bhp out of my car by adjusting boost value?
There is little i can do about the timing, unless in extremely cold
weathers or if i adopt a water injection system, as we do not have higher octan fuel than ron 98 here.
是否用stage1程序,+stage2硬件,调整增压值 就可以调整出200p以上的马力来?
因为正时实在是没啥好再调的,除非在气温极低的情况下,或者用喷水系统, 我们这最高98号油了( 还是极少数骚包才加得起的)
A: You’re going to be limited by the fuel quality anyway… the software alone cannot give you free power, it can only make the most of the engine and hardware you have on there. I would turn the boost up on the car and monitor the timing correctional factors to make sure they aren’t going too high with the increased boost levels.
燃油质量的限制是没办法的... 程序本身无法给你额外的动力, 它只能最大限度发挥引擎和周边硬件的能力.
我建议调高增压值同时确保正时CF不会太高...
Q: One more thing, in the lemmiwinks software, what do the primary and secondary fuel tweak do? can i adjust those settings to actually affect AFR?
I understand the ignition timing offset in lemmiwinks alters the same amount of timing in all rpm range, while sps writes a
map in the ecu with different timing at different rpm?
Which one do you recommend to fine tune timing? sps select plus or lemmiwinks?
lemmiwinks程序里,主/次燃油调整是干啥用的?我可以通过这个来影响空然比吗?
据我所知lemmiwinks调整正时是在全转速范围调整相同值,而sps开关是往ecu里写一整张表,不同转速值不同?

Q: One last thing, I've attached a recent datalog on groups 114/115/020 (at boost6 timing5 fuel9) on a 3rd gear pull.
Do you think i shall pull the timing further back to 4 or remain as it is.
ALso what about the boost? Is it ok to advance to 7 or 8?

A: I would try putting the boost up to 7 or 8 but pull the timing back to 4!
The fuel setting doesn’t do anything on your car.

空然比设置在你的车上不管用.
