因和车友探讨POWERSHIFT是干式还是湿式双离合的问题,我到网上查了几篇英文文献,答案大呼意外!
俺喜欢开篇明示,不浪费有些忙人TX的时间. 福特的POWERSHIFT如同DSG般同时有湿式和干式两种!托好下巴,我挑选出了两篇文章,并简单翻译关于POWERSHIFT的关键内容给大家。英文好的TX就直接自己去那边网站看全文了:

Just months after the wet-clutch 6-speed Powershift dual clutch transmission was released by Ford (and available in Thailand on the Ford Focus TDCi), Ford has
announced a new dry clutch version, which will be installed in small cars in North America.
在6速湿式双离合变速器推出的几个月后,福特宣称一款干式双离合版本将全面应用于其再北美市场的小型车



The dry clutch transmission is lighter as it does not require hydraulic pumps and fluids, cooling lines and external cooling, unlike its wet clutch counterpart which
has clutches bathed in oil.
干式双离合变速箱要比湿式双离合变速箱要轻。因为湿式双离合变数箱必须有液压泵、润滑液、冷却管和外部冷却系统,而干式则无需这些配件。

The Powershift transmission is essentially a manual transmission with two clutches, but has the following algorithms to help it perform as smoothly as a real
automatic:
1:Neutral coasting – The clutches will automatically disengage during coasting when the brakes are applied to reduce parasitic losses, helping with fuel economy.
2:Precise clutch slip control – this improves NVH and smoothness at low engine speeds.
3:Creep mode – Some twin clutch transmission do not creep. Creeping is when your automatic transmission car moves forward automatically without having to press the

accelerator as long as you let go of the brakes.
4:Hill assist – Automatically maintains brake pressure on slopes to prevent the vehicle from rolling back on a gradient surface.
Ford says it wants its vehicles to go nearly 100% 6-speed by the year 2013, and a large number of this will be twin clutch applications. The trucks will probably stick

with a torque converter automatic, but with 6 ratios.
福特宣称它将致力于在2013年前让旗下所有车型全部装备6速变速箱,其中很大一部分将为双离合六速变数箱。而福特载重车则可能仍然使用6速变速箱。






从以上这篇文章我们可以肯定如下几点:
1:POWERSHIFT湿式变速箱的开发时间早于干式变速箱
2:POWERSHIFT湿式变速箱的上市时间为2008年(因此,有的TX应该不会太担心耐用性了)
3:POWERSHIFT干式变数箱只用于福特小型车(这和DSG干式的运用方式雷同,看来干式的确可承载扭矩比湿式小)
4:从上市时间2008年来看POWERSHIFT—+ECOBOOST和DSG+TSI几乎是同时代产品,只是引入国内时间晚(看来福特的技术实力还是很强大的,只是装配达不到要求的长安一直不敢引进。)

The Ford PowerShift transmission consists of two transmissions working in parallel, each with its own wet-clutch unit. Thanks to the layout of the intermediate shafts
– one carrying the "uneven" gears 1, 3 and 5, and the other the "even" gears 2, 4 and 6 – subsequent gear changes can be prepared by pre-selecting the next gear
while in motion and at full power.
In contrast to conventional automatic transmissions, the basic technical configuration of the Ford PowerShift transmission offers numerous advantages. It does not, for

instance, require any complex sub-systems such as torque converters, planetary gear sets, multiple wet-clutches and multiple bands – all of which serve to degrade
gearbox efficiency through increased inertia and drag torque effects.
The result is impressive: Ford PowerShift provides the operational ease and convenience of a conventional automatic transmission, coupled with the performance of a
manual, while also delivering fast, sporty and notably smooth shifts.


从这篇文章可以盖棺定论:
蒙迪欧用的是湿式POWERSHIFT变数箱而非干式!不过其实想透彻点也知道,干式双离合是无法承受ECOBOOST 2。0的扭矩。而且福特和大众竟都分别将其
ECOBOOST+POWERSHIFT与TSI+DSG作为各自今后几年的最大赌注。看来这两家公司都对各自双离合信心满满?

最大的赢家我想是GETRAG,福特和大众的双离合似乎都是跟它合作的。

看来今后几年,变数箱的趋势将是双离合流对抗无级变速流(CVT)

我至今连个四级证书都没有   不过,那玩意儿用处不大。

呵,你打开了另一个话题,我没查过太多文献,所以只能就知道的说说。奥迪Q5全系标配的7速的S-Tronic双离合变速箱,此双离合变速箱为干式双离合变速箱。此款变速箱能够承受最大550Nm的扭矩。干式的能做到忍受那么大的扭矩估计成本不会低。

如果你真要拿S-TRONIC和蒙迪欧身上的POWERSHIFT比

1:最大承受轴距S-TRONIC比POWERSHIFT大100Nm

2:干式双离合变速箱比湿式的双离合变数箱理论上来说轻。因为它没有液体降温部分。

3:一个S-TRONIC的成本我估计抵上一辆福克斯了吧,POWERSHIFT成本比S-TRONIC一定是低许多的。

4:传动效率不管是POWERSHIT,DSG还是S-TRONIC我都没有查到。

记得宝马M3从08年起也是双离合,但毕竟受众小,讨论的人不多。
