318路况还算可以，如果不是雨雪天气的话，一般不会有什么问题的。
过了芒康后从如美到东达山那段路要小心托底，通麦和排龙天险那里路窄，超车会车一定要小心再小心。
巴塘、芒康、波密、八一都是适合住宿的地方，标间从100到200/300都有，吃饭的也没问题，一般都是川菜馆为主。
左贡的住宿条件稍差，只有交通宾馆、大炮宾馆、左贡大酒店3家稍好，标间价格在200元以下，自己好好砍砍价。
如果遇上好天气水不浑浊的话，强烈建议在然乌湖边住一晚，但那里的住宿条件相对不是太好，带了帐篷睡袋的可以考虑到瓦村住藏民家。
从拉萨到定日的路都很好走，在日喀则地区一定要小心JJ的流动测速。
珠峰的100多公里搓板路，开慢了反而颠得厉害也伤车，通常55公里的时速反而没那么颠，自己根据车况试验下。路上注意停车休息让避震系统散热，提防高温把避震的封套烧掉。

春节前后……太冷了吧，还有可能遇上雪天，路就不好走了，一不走运还会遇上大雪封山
国庆前后当然可以啊，大把人都是9月走川藏青藏线的
