早都有这个服务了的嘛，去年我就是这么换的。自己去体检，然后打那个电话就可以了，两三天就给你送过来了，EMS送过来的时候收你的旧驾照、体检表就完了。照片都不用去照的，人家直接从网上提取你二代身份证的照 ...
羡慕成都的TX能享受如此人性化的服务。调用二代身份证的照片自断财路感觉上天方夜潭。上海是30元一人。出入境办证中心倒是免费照相但若要提供纸质照片请付款。换证若能同成都一样通过邮政办理就好了。方便省时省钱省精力。
