作为准车主,看完了整个帖子,平心而论日产确实让人觉得失望但是可贵的是整个纵队所有人的理智处理问题的态度,希望所有问题能得到妥善解决。我去雷诺主页点了把火(没找到Nissan有这样的客户沟通平台)期望不高,看看会有什么反应。大家有空也可以试试

Not sure whether this is a appropriate way to escalate issues we have in China related to the SUV - X-trail. This is definitely a good car when it was designed and introduced to the market. Till today X-Trail still have lots of fans in China specially after Toyota case.
But I we can predict the future of X-trail will probably the same as Toyota Motor if nobody from Nissan cares about the quality of small pieces when they only care about the sales margin and quantity. You can refer to the link below which have all the complaints and general issues China customers have. Probably you might not be able to read Chinese but you might be able t o find a way to address since we still believe you care about the quality and customer satisfaction.
