DO I NEED TO PAY ANY TOLL/ ENTRY PERMIT?Yes. The toll charges are calculated based on the type of vehicle and the checkpoint entered. Vehicle Entry Permit fees are calculated based on the type of vehicle, the day and time you enter and leave Singapore.

Cash payments are accepted if your Autopass Card is expired, faulty or has insufficient value but there will be an additional administration fee of S$10.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON DEPARTING SINGAPORE?[tr]Exporting my vehicle via sea/ air[td=1,1,397]Once your vehicle is exported out of Singapore via sea or air, you will need to go to the LTA Office (10 Sin Ming Drive) to terminate your Visitor’s Licence. You will need to produce the following documents:

Bill of Lading
Customs Outward Permit
Carnet endorsed by Customs for exportation
Autopass Card

International Circulation Permit (ICP)/ Visitor’s Licence
You will need to pay for ***** and***** fees (if applicable) incurred during your vehicle’s stay.

[td=1,1,397]You will need to top up your Autopass Card in Singapore with sufficient cash value to pay your VEP fees, tolls and ERP fees (if applicable).
When you drive through the Tuas or Woodlands Checkpoint, insert your Autopass Card into the card reader installed at the immigration booths to register your vehicle's exit record.
Note that each ICP is only valid for a temporary stay in Singapore.When you bring your vehicle out of Singapore, the ICP will no longer be valid. You will need to apply for a new ICP for your next trip.

不是轻敌，最初我没打算进新加坡，后来看到有人去了，所以决定去，如果需要花很大的费用，还不如不去，新加坡就是一个城市而已，能不能开车进去不影响旅游的实际效果，像我们一家人可能由于本来就生活在大城市，所以对于城市的旅游也不是很有兴趣，后来我们就在新加坡住了一夜，如果我再走一次的话，或许我会选择直接开进去什么手续都不办，后来我们在关口取车时，碰到帮我们开门的工作人员跟我们说的话非常值得玩味，等会再细说此...
