防倾杆

GTR是一架重型大马力四驱车,低速弯或者小型山路会非常不爽。原厂来的底盘调教比较保守,倾向于日用。所以在转向不足与转向过度之间,日产很明显选择了转向不足,因为转向不足在大部分情况下,是可控制并且安全的。
加大前面的轮胎有帮助提高前抓地力,加大后防倾杆可以帮助转向不足,最重要还是要看你如何驾驶。
如果前后防倾杆一起买,一定买可调的,这样根据个人情况进行调节,很难给很具体的意见,只能自己凑合着调,每个人驾驶方式不一样。
其实防倾杆是属于底盘调教比较后期的,一般是改避震后仍然觉得不够用,才动这个。
我买的时候比较早,买的是MINE'S的防倾杆,超级贵,而且不可调。建议一定要买好的防倾杆,至少3种可调模式和够坚固,这个钱不要省。如果防倾杆出现断裂,会导致很多问题的。就我所知的COBBSTILLEN都有过断裂情况。
好的防倾杆还会帮助轮胎得到更平衡的使用,不至于产生一边轮胎快没了,另外一边还有很多残留

COBB


一个订制的ECU,需要调整的内容包括:


进气突轴时间 (Intake cam     timing)

点火时间 (Ignition     timing)

油品 (Fuel targets)

燃料调节 (Fuel Trims)

增压 (Boost levels)


正常来说,所有动过了除排气中段尾段进气之外的改装,为了安全都必须用根据自身订制的ECU程序。真正的刷ECU,是必须有马力机的前后对比,和调整后的对比,这样才能明确知道车子的状况。


如果没马力机,也不是刷不了。就是刷了之后,将COBB接着OBD2接口(或者其他具备DATALOGGING功能的仪器),启用记录模式,跑赛道,跑直线,跑街什么的,挂着记录,然后把记录翻出来看有没有爆震,增压情况等等异常现象。有些问题自己可以感受到,电脑也能记录下来,这样有任何问题,可以及时重新调整电脑。


新的COBB还可以调节TCM(波箱)。在调节前,我原厂的波箱设置很不爽,在1档起步经常像开个几千马力的车,顿挫太强;调节后明显要顺畅很多。至于怎么调节,我就不是很清楚了,这个一般可以跟别人买软件直接灌进去,很简单的。


这东西最最最精彩之处其实是可以做行车记录,可以看刷电脑后,ECU的运作如何。就算你不用他们的ECU,我也建议你用他们的DATA LOG功能。


最后要说的是新COBB的方便性,现在我重写一次ECU程序只需要20-30秒.换ECU程序可以通过巡航定速按钮进行,可以存3个程序进去,根据情况随意转换,太方便了...




HKS EVC


很多人装HKS GT570/600套件后出现爆震(KNOCK)的,应该是因为电脑程序没用对,或者用COBB原配的STAGE 2。那些增压和程序完全不一样,出现各种各样的问题。又或者HKS的EVC乱用,因为EVC只是一个很纯粹的增压调节器,完全没有保护功能,不像ECU程序,如果EVC的调教不对,各种各样问题都会有,爆缸都可以。这是很多改装店都不喜欢用,但大马力改装又是必须的。个人认为700匹以下不要用,除非你的改装商很强而且给你提供足够的支援。




MINES, AMUSE,等等日系电脑


日系电脑和COBB是完全两回事,可能是开发成本的关系,他们用的都是拆电脑然后刷的方式。这方式已经跟不上时代的步伐了,因为对一些喜欢自己动手或者经常更换配件的车友来说,装了东西,但是电脑自己刷不了,还要找厂家,非常麻烦,而且有问题也不好解决。如果出现一些软件的问题,没技师在场,还真刷不了,相当蛋疼。


有很多人问我COBB能不能刷MINE’S等等这些电脑?哈哈,经过我们的测试,完全可以,可以直接把MINES的电脑记录到COBB里,然后把COBB的程序写入电脑。哪天你高兴,把COBB的洗掉,把MINES的还原,完全没问题。


但反过来是行不通的,不要试。

在我们的测试中,同一架车,MINES电脑扭矩大点,COBB的马力大点。至于你的最终选择是谁,还是你自己决定吧。

我还不是很清楚这东西是什么玩意,看起来高技术含量的样子。从看他们介绍的情况来说,F-CON系列的产品比目前所有电脑都要先进。没试过,不乱发言先。

COBB除了上面CODE READING之外,还有个改装必备良药,提放无良奸商欺诈,预防无故爆缸的功能,就是DATA LOGGING。
DATA LOG顾名思义就是记录行程过程中车各部件运作情况,从左右涡轮运作,增压值等等等都可以通过这个看到。暂时只抽出其中一个比较重要的KNOCK值解释一下。如果你有任何问题,也回帖贴上你的DATA LOG截图,大家一起研究
如何测试?
3档全油门至5档,或者赛道,总之在比较激烈的驾驶情况下。正常的涡轮增压值是一开始全油门,增压值攀升到一个最高点,换挡后损失0。1- 0.2 BAR,然后再攀升,换挡再降低,加速再攀升。
如果你的增压值一下子升高,下来后再也回不去,那么你的ECU有问题,马力一定会比你改装商告诉你的少,这时候必须重新调整ECU设置。
什么是KNOCK

实在很难翻译,这是英文版本说法:Knock is the spontaneous ignition of unburnt air/fuel mixture in thecylinder before the flame front has smoothly reached that point. If severe, itproduces cylinder pressures up to ten times normal levels which will damage theengine.
(Knock就是一种随时有可能会出现的再点火现象,具体来说就是这种现象不能充分的让空气以及汽油在燃烧的时候得到完美的比值(傻子都知道燃烧物理现象的必要条件就是:氧气+燃烧品这里指汽油+点火)。这种不能够得到充分燃烧的情况也就直接导致不能够让燃烧后产生的的热能直接达到内燃缸。这样的不充分燃烧同时及有可能导致产生超过10倍的压力,最坏的结果---暴缸。 ---感谢patboyy 的翻译)

简单点说KNOCK会对气缸产生高至10倍于正常的增压从而对引擎造成损害。不过在这时代的涡轮增压引擎,一般会连续将KNOCK锁定在一个范围。这是因为在KNOCK临界点,你可以得到最好的排放和扭矩。GTRKNOCK控制应该是一流的,比较有效的控制KNOCK对引擎的伤害,每当出现KNOCK,电脑会自行PULL TIMING.
但不管怎样,每次你刷ECU,或者不刷,也应该用行车仪记录你在赛道或者跑直线时的运作情况,毕竟严重的KNOCK,会减慢加速而且伤车。你甚至可能会感觉到动力传输突然中断,然后再连接起来。暴改后GTR的ECU程序,就算在剧烈驾驶的情况下,都应该控制在2.5度以内(大概是-700)。如果小改的GTR,我觉得-500是极限了,一般来说少于-300最好.

下面有几个图说明,这是SPI P800的原ECU程序跑赛道的部分记录,基本都跟这个差不多,非常恶劣。超过-1500,基本会产生剧烈的涡轮延迟或BOOST CUT
