Optimum Temperature: 90-110°C - (194-230°F)
Below are recommendations only, based on approximately 4 laps or more on dry tarmac, and can vary based on car setup and driving technique:
4 laps or more (pressures based on inflation with compressed air only)
Vehicle Weight COLD INFLATION PRESSURES HOT INFLATION PRESSURES
Less than 800 kg. 17 - 22 psi 22 – 29 psi
800 kg. – 1000 kg. 20 – 26 psi 24 – 32 psi
1000 kg. – 1400 kg. 23 – 27 psi 28 – 40 psi
More than 1400 kg. 27 – 35 psi 37 – 42 psi
For wet tracks (standing water), increase pressure by 4-10 psi compared to dry track pressures.
Optimum hot inflation pressures can also vary between front and rear axles based on axle weight distribution.
Changing hot inflation pressure by small amounts (1-4 psi) can be used to fine-tune handling:
Reduce oversteer: Reduce rear axle hot inflation pressure
Increase oversteer: Increase rear axle hot inflation pressure
Reduce understeer: Reduce front axle hot inflation pressure
Increase understeer: Increase front axle hot inflation pressure
Changing hot inflation pressures to change handling bias should be used for fine-tuning only.
Improving overall grip levels should be done by tuning spring rates, sway bars, suspension geometry etc., and by using lap times and pyrometer readings to assess changes.

关于悬挂的一点个人看法:

悬挂每个人都有不一样的意见,因为个人感官差异极大。
换了好的悬挂,你不会在DYNO上看到马力增加,就算你的悬挂大幅度减轻了也很难看到马力提升,因为实在太微小了。一般懸掛在加速或者弹射的时候,前面两个位置的悬挂会产生往上提起的活动,这是在用后轮扭矩。如果有更硬的弹簧,那麼前后都会保持更好的位置,减少晃动。那么现在扭矩/马力会传递到轮上而不是车身,从而让你的轮胎得到更好的运作。特别是直线,更好的悬挂可以让你释放更多的力量到轮胎,从而让力量传递到地面的过程更加柔顺。所以在选择悬挂之前,你必须有很好的轮胎,这样才是理智的做法。不过这些理论和感觉并没办法通过仪器告诉你区别在哪里,但你的身体和感官却会告诉你确实有提升。

JRZ RS PRO 静音版
其实原厂悬挂是很不错的,按原装车来说甚至可以说非常非常好的原厂搭配,无论弹簧率,等等都很符合日用赛用。当然,总有一些不满足的人会去动它。

市面上无数悬挂,我对JRZ的选择不是偶然。KW V3这种大路货都要3000多美金,如果用到赛用的KW ,价格是2,3倍起,再着他们并没有被GTR大量采用,市面很少见,赛用悬挂的噪音也是我不喜欢的。经过大半年的搜索和体会,最后决定了JRZ RS PRO 静音版。原本这套悬挂是用于RS赛事,所以有噪音是必然,不过聪明的美国佬把他们的塔顶(TOP PLATE)去掉,用原厂的橡胶,演变成现在的静音版,实现日用无噪音。尽管将铝制顶吧去掉后可能操控有所下降,但加硬弹簧还是可以稍微帮助一下,不会有太大的影响。
我选的悬挂率偏硬,前1000,后800。这是北美的日用/赛用推荐使用的弹簧率。个人觉得如果你喜欢有最好的日用舒适性,其实前600-800,后500-600之间比较合适。弹簧的软硬程度是由弹簧率(SPRINGRATE)决定,然后避震围绕这个弹簧率进行软硬调整。

优点:
1 安静无噪音
2 平时跑街,将REBOUND 阻尼调到前66的话,感觉就像开过山车,太夸张了。(如果你知道过山车是怎么样的)
3 调节范围大
4 加速车身晃动范围明显减少
5 舒适性并没有太大减少

缺点:
1 底端compressing(压缩阻尼值)非常不方便,要拆轮圈后才能调。
2 没了


其他具体的还是等大家去感受吧。如果跑赛道,我觉得悬挂的投资应该放在前3位。

安装悬挂后必做的事情:
四角定位(CORNER BALANCING)和平衡(ALIGNMENT)是取决你调节悬挂高低的第一因素。四角定位是根据调整避震的高低进行的,可以让你的车交叉平衡从而提高
操控。一般会将车放到4个称上面,让人坐到驾驶位,然后根据轮胎对称的下压力进行调整(ADJUST THE COILOVERS TO BALANCE THE LOAD ON EACHTIRE)。调整越平衡,每个角度的操控都会更多的提升和更精确。一架不平衡的车,可能会出现一个转向比另一个转向更好的情况。
如果你安装避震而不做定位和平衡,就相当于换了排气进行等等一大堆东西但还用原厂ECU。可能有提高,但是并没有将性能部件全部发挥出来。
