上次贴了搜索到的C4配置,里面的JBL Hi-Fi套装可以解决MP3,音响升级问题,但是现在找不到更细节的描述,正在找欧洲的朋友,看看能不能搜索到相关信息.
今天搜索到一些英文资料,贴到这里,慢慢累积资料,希望能够解决MP3问题.

INFO for anyone still searching on how to connect an MP3 player or other source to a Citroen C4, factory fitted Blaupunkt RD4 radio, read this now!
I have bought the part "9706AG audio harness" from a Peugeot dealer, ?1.51 inc vat. It is 2 cables, one end has a connector for the aux port and on the other end is a 3.5mm INPUT socket. The other cable is simply a 3.5mm extension lead, with a headphone jack on either end. It comes with a few cable ties too.
I then took the car to Citroen and had them "enable the aux sockets". The service desk hadnt a clue but then an engineer came out and he said he'd give it a go but never done it before. I didnt get to watch but I presume he connected the Citroen computer with Proxia software installed, to the socket under the ash tray. He came back and told me both had been enabled. No cost, 10 minutes.
I now fitted the cable. I had to relocate the wires in the socket of the cable so that they meet the correct pins on the radio as shown in the picture on the Italian site mentioned above.
Working great, quite please after all that running around, hope this helps everyone.

大体的步骤就是
1)购买"9706AG audio harness".
2)找标志服务商Enable RD4的AUX功能
3)将线揽接到手套箱.

The sound quality is absolutely unbelievable ! It's brilliant ! I've never rated the sound quality from the CD nor the radio and even had a quote to have all the speakers ripped out and upgraded a few weeks back. I was used to the JBL system in the coupe I had which was good. Anyhow, fitted this MP3 cable and installed my iPod NANO and it's like having the old JBL system back. There is no hiss, no crackle just pure top quality sound. I can turn the vol upto max on the iPod, max it to 30 on the headunit and there is no distortion nor speaker rattle at all. The only thing is does do is hurt my chest and my ears. My mate has the NANO in his set up on one of those transmitter things off eBay and it's so bad he doesn't even bother using it anymore. Go with the cable, stick your iPod on it and you'll never want the journey to end. Best ?0 I have ever spent. Only choice now is where to go with the position of the pod. At the moment it's on a 55p phone holder from Tesco sitting on one of the centre vents. I'm thinking of re-routing the cable and say having it in the arm rest. Drawback is I would need to keep going into the armrest to fiddle with it. It's handy where it is at the moment but not too keen on the cable showing running back into the glove box. Just need to sit and think about it and work out how best to hide the cable. If you come up with something let me know. You pick it up tomorrow don't you? Hope all goes well and give the pod a good seeing too! Let me know how you get on.

New to forums so bear with me.
1. After reading several posts I bought a 9706AG set from my local Peugeot dealer for c?0 and fitted it exactly as per instruction sheet (which is not easy to follow) and then booked car in to have Aux input 2 activated. Should have been alerted that they really didn't know what I was asking for, but all I could get was nice young men and women at desks who had supreme confidence that their mechanics were thoroughly familiar with the problem but of course I couldn't get to talk to the man who actually operates the Planet 2000 software. I kept re-assuring the young man at reception in the white shirt and tie that we were talking a 2 minute job but he looked at me pityingly and explained there is no such thing, first of all the car has to inspected, then driven round and checked in to workshop, then a full diagnostic run with the
Planet 2000 software has to be done, and only if that is satisfactory can the technician turn his attention to the radio. That will take at least 20 minutes before he even starts, at ?5 per hour that is ?8! Convinced we were talking a 2 minute job and that the tech would know what he was doing I let it run. Eventually I saw the car driven into the workshop, and 5 minutes later the tech came back to reception to ask what it was I wanted doing? Would I like to come out to the car? Sure enough it took 30 seconds to activate Aux input 2. But then tech says lets test it and borrows an MP3 player from a mateand connects up; silence. He then wants to fiddle some more but I am conscious that time is now passing and my friend with the white shirt and tie is licking his lips in anticipation of a huge bill. I can see that when I press "source" Aux 2 comes up on the screen so at this point I said thank you very much as I assume I must have made an error in assembling the lead. WS and T smiles unctuously and says it will cost me a mere ?9. Manager is summoned and I offer ?0 which is still a rip off but gets me out of the building.
So it seems to me that the ?0 option for lead assembled fitted and working is by far the beat deal. Price can be found in Peugeot web-site /Brochures/Accessories/407. As all of us know fiddling with computers can take a lot of time and as these guys own the computer they have you over a barrel if they won't let you play with it yourself. Unfortunately like many of us I like doing this sort of job myself; not a good option in this case. I think I am going to cut my losses take my self assembled version out and go to another Peugeot dealer and pay the ?0; then if the tech doesn't know what he is doing it is on their time not mine.
2. I have seen suggestions that the pin positions in the 9706AG insstructions are wrong. Anyone know anything about that? And the instructions talk about Aux2 but seem to be activating Aux 1 in the snapshots of the laptop screen. Wat is Aux 1 anyway? Is it already in use or requires a different sort of input?
3. I am an old fogey with drawersful of old tapes and plan also to play through this lead from a walkman. Any reason why it won't work?

I can probably help as I have made up my own cable.
The RD4 head unit has 2 inputs, one for a telephone kit which has a left/right/common input and a connect to earth, the other is for the MP3 player.
I have successfully connected a Parrot bluetooth phone kit to the input and it automatically mutes the stereo. (This doesn't need configuring at the dealer)

目前的信息基本上是.
C4和407一样,用的都是RD4机头,这款机头不支持MP3 CD播放.但是预留了两个AUX接口。。一个叫做AUX1,这个是提供给车载电话用的。当有车载电话来的时候，自动静音声音。 另外一个叫做AUX2,这个就是预留给MP3播放器用的。其实就是一个3.5的耳机接口。可以直接接到MP3的耳机接口。从论坛上反馈的信息来看，音质非常棒。
完成这些，首先要从标志公司订购9706AG配件，这个是407和C4通用的，用于从机头接出MP3接口。
另外需要用Planet 2000电脑打开凯旋机头的AUX2输入。
可能会遇到的困难：
1）可能这个配件国内买不到，不过这个通过在欧洲的朋友帮忙
2 )中国凯旋的电脑能不能打开AUX2选项。 请于4S关系的TX帮忙确认。

貌似很麻烦的，还是买个可以把声音传送到调频喇叭的多功能GPS吧

对MP3接口还是感兴趣滴，就是看不懂，能翻译成中文就好了。

那音质太差。
有了这个接口，以后MP4,GPS都可以接上去呢。
